Pay-Pal said they sent me a replacement card but I never received it, so I cancelled the card and tried to get another and now I have Limited Access....They are requesting all kinds of info, that prooves I am ME. I have faxed everything to them with a note that if they need a stool sample for DNA just let me know......Does anyone know of another Pay service that I can link to ebay?
