Im trying to fund my pay pal account above the $250.00 limit using a money pak card. Both Pay pal and money pak operators are pointing fingers at each other saying they dont have my address! Thats nonsence they both have all the data they need. Both my physical address and my mailing address (might be part of the problem) and my credit card info. What else do they want?
