I am hoping someone can help me resolve this question as I can't find an answer to it on the help center. I just signed up with Paypal with a personal account. I am trying to pay for something on ebay and payapl says that I first have to verify my credit card. How do I do that? I can't seem to figure out how to do that. I refuse to add my bank account information to become "Verfied" but I don't think this is the same thing. The reason I refuse to add my bank account is that I am uncomfortable with that information being shared with Paypal.
