hmmm guys this verification process needs my proof of billing address.

I'm still a student and still don't have my own bills etc.

Is it possible to send my father's billing papers? eg. Electrical bill, water bill, phone bills?

oh and i forgot to mention.

This are the documents that i'll be sending for my proof of address:

Scans of:

1. Utility (Electric and Phone) bill of my Guardian (Father).

2. My Birth Certificate certifying that he is my Father.

Are those documents enough? and how long does it take after sending the file for them to lift my limitations?

Do you have any information that is in your name?  The requested information will need to be in your name and address?
