Asking for additional information but there is not a document list

I logged on today and received a message stating that my account would become limited in a few days and they need additional information from me.  When I went to the resolution center to resolve the issue, I am taken to where I can upload documents, but all it tells me for what to upload is that the document list is in an e-mail.  I have not received any such e-mail and don't understand what it is I need to do.  Any suggestions?
