Hi I completed all of the banking information for re-creating my paypal account and my bank was confirmed. I also used a credit card to use as an additional method of paying. When I try to make a purchase it takes me into paypal and prompts me to add a credit/debit card no, which I did. I keep getting an error stating it cannot be processed at this time because I already have the credit/debit card on file. It is not giving me an option to pay through my bank acct. It automatically goes to add credit/debit card to pay. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help
