I entered my bank account, a savings account, to verify my paypal with. After waiting 4 DAYS without any activity in my bank account I logged back in and realized that paypal had dropped my bank information. So I renetered it hoping that maybe the second go around would work. But instead I got this message upon entering my bank:
"The account you entered would need additional review. Please link a different bank account.
If you would still like to use this bank account, you may fax us a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driver's license or other photo I.D. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet and send the fax to (402) 537-5780."
I'm at my wits end, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FAX A COPY OF THE AMOUNTS DEPOSITED IF THEY WERE NEVER DEPOSITED? I don't have another bank account, this account was opened for the soul purpose of being used for paypal.
And any time I try to contact them I have to go through a bunch of useless questions and I get no where.
What am I supposed to do?
