okay, so I have a temporary credit card, I put in 135$ onto my paypal account (on april 20th), and for some reason, my paypal balance is at $0.00! can someone explain this to me? does it take sometime for my paypal balance to kick in? oh, and I'm using a greendot card, if that helps.
You need to use a green dot money pak. What you did was just added a credit card. They don't actually take the money off the credit card. But they do keep it on file. So you could get a money pak from 7-11 or other stores.
