okay, so I have a temporary credit card, I put in 135$ onto my paypal account (on april 20th), and for some reason, my paypal balance is at $0.00! can someone explain this to me? does it take sometime for my paypal balance to kick in? oh, and I'm using a greendot card, if that helps. thank you so much :DD
