typing in characters?

Hi, I don't know what to do, I was trying to add money to my account with money pak, I typed in the number

and it was correct, but I had to type in the characters below the number for security I guess. I typed in the numbers

and letters just as I saw them, but it kept telling me it was wrong. I called paypal and kept getting this automated

voice that could not understand what I was talking about. Someone help me please. Thank You

kathy567- I believe you're referring to a CAPTCHA challenge test, and yeah, those can be interesting. 🙂

I believe that in most cases, there should be a tiny audio speaker around where the strange words are.  This will read it to you so you can input the correct characters.  Personally, I've had to refresh the page a few times until I could get something I could make out. 😄
