It has been a long time sine I logged into PayPal and couldn't recall my password right away. So I used the forgot password button to reset it. Moments later I received my email from PayPal. It was in Chinese characters. Thinking I messed something up, I tried again. Same thing. I have since remembered my password, and verified my account is set to use English. Anyone have any suggestions to prevent this from occurring in the future?
