tried instructions on how to use paypal balance to make an account payment.

Hello, I tried one of the answers in the help section and ran i9nto a problem.    I'm trying to use my PAYPAL balance to make a payment on my PAYPAL account,  one of the answers for this encounter was to log on, select make a payment, select funds,  but thats where the problem occurs.   The only selection that opens up in the options window is my bank source,  nothing about my PAYPAL account is even given for a selection.    I'm a little frustrated when I'm told to do something and it's not even viable.   A little help please.   Thanks, Andy

            The payment that you are trying to make, is it to a PayPal account??

If so, all you would have to do is enter the e mail address of the receipient

of the payment as you would any PP payment. Does this help you? If not

I'll find  the answer for you to help you out, if you could give me a little more

information about what your trying to pay or to whom, i.e. personal or a vendor.
