Transfering fund from my pp to my checking!! Help!

Ok I transfered funds from my paypal to my checking account. I was pending for a day and just an hour ago is says 'completed' but the funds aren't showing up in my checking account. Is this normal? Should I be worried?

i just transfer money from paypal account to a wrong account, how can i stop the transfer?

I noticed that I also show a "confirmed" transaction on a refund but it has been almost a month and hasn't shown up in my account.  Help!!
