I am a new PayPal user who wanted to post to the Community Forum, so I signed up. Just before submitting, there's a notice that says that by signing up, I'm agreeing to the "Community Help Forum Agreement", which has a link I can click to read the agreement. However, when I click, I get directed to the page with "general" PayPal legal agreements, nothing about the Community Help Forum!
Is this a Bug, or a Feature? I'm using the almost-latest (3.5.10) version of Firefox as my browser, not IE, so maybe that's part of the problem.
