So, my Pay Pal Smart Connect is set up as the primary form of payment for purchases. I have $400 available, but it keeps charging my bank card instead. I have gone to preferences and reset it, just to make sure, but it keeps processing this way. What do I do?
Starsnsnow- Really, you'd need to contact our customer service to have the situation fully reviewed. It could be that the merchant you're trying to pay doesn't accept Smart Connect, but at this point, that's just a guess.
