Years ago I opened personal and small business PayPal accounts. Mid-2011 I closed the small biz account not remembering I had money in the PayPal small biz account. So now I can't have the money transferred to the bank account because it does not exist. When I tried putting in the only other bank account I have (which is linked to my personal PayPal account) the system tells me that I can't because it's linked to another account.
So it seems there are 2 ways to get my money both of which will cost me: I can have a check cut for a fee of $1.50 or I can send the money from the small biz PayPal account to the personal PayPal account which will cost much more (than the $1.50).
It just seems that it shouldn't cost me money to get my money.
Please advise.
