Can I pay credit card bills using my account balance here on PayPal or my PayPal Buyer Credit?

For example, can I make a payment on my Capital One Mastercard?

I was also wondering id there was a limit to the amount of money I can transfer to my bank account in a given month? My understanding is that there is but I can't understand why there would be?

Glad I am able to help answer your questions.  

At this time, most credit card companies do not allow payments to be made to them using PayPal.  To be sure please refer to the payment options for your credit card company.

Withdrawals do have a limit per month but the limit can easily be removed.  The initial withdrawal limit for the PayPal account is $500/ month.  This can be lifted by completing 2 of 3 items on the following list:

• Add and confirm a Bank Account
• Add and confirm your SSN
• Link and Confirm your Credit/Debit card
