Account with Hong Kong Dollars

We have a dillema, we have a US based PayPal account that sells primarily to Hong Kong.  All of our balance is in Hong Kong Dollars (almost $50K worth...)  Now we would like to withdraw it to our Hong Kong based bank account, is there a way to do it without take the hit of the % conversion fee that PayPal charges?  Can I:

1) Sign up for a Hong Kong PayPal account and send ABT over to that account?

or

2) Somehow withdraw it to a HK bank account?
