I recently opened a paypal account. I just made my first purchase using $17 only, but it says I have reached my sending limit? I am unverified, but I thought the sending limit was $2000?
Here's what the message said "You recently hit your PayPal sending limit and had your payment declined"
whad does this mean?
Furthermore, the $17 dollars is deducted from my account, so was the transaction successful? 😕
