whats going on????

hello, i recieved this email and am very confussed, i do not know this person and nor does anyone i know, why are they on my account??

It's yet another phishing email. The obvious clue (as with the email in your other post) is the line "Dear PayPal Customer".

Just forward the email to spoof@paypal.co.uk or spoof@paypal.com and delete it.
