about 10 minutes ago I got an email saying there was suspicious activity through my account, the email looked legit so without thinking I instantly clicked the link and logged in. The url was something like itsuckstobesingle and I instantly knew I'd messed up. Ive closed the page, changed my paypal password and my email pass. What else shall I do? I'm freaking out that they're going to now have my details for everything and take all I have. Will I be ok?

Depends what details you gave them BUT if you only gave them your paypal password and you quickly changed it then you 'should' be ok.
I would also change any security questions and to be on the very safe side to a virus scan and malware scan.
