eBay not asking for Paypal password - how do I get password protection back?

When buying on eBay I no longer have to use a password to make payment. I would rather have password protection on my account. Any ideas how I get this back? Neither eBay nor Paypal have any info (that I can find) about this.

Here is how to turn off One Touch:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Settings (icon next to log out).
3. Under Security (in the blue band at the top) 
4. 4 or 5th option down is 'edit your list of devices you've chosen to stay logged in to'.
