Just recently when I purchase anything on ebay and choose to pay by PAYAPL, it will not let me log in so I have to pay by card.
Becuase they are an unethical crooked e banking monoply that does not have any laws or regulations to follow. They do not care about you.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
