Hi i need some help on how to reset the password on my mums account the problem is the phone number has changed for them to send the code to but i dont know how to get it to change it. Ive tryed to set up a new account but it wont let me as its the same email address. any help would be great. thanks
I case like this we always recommend to call us. This way we can verify the account another way and help get you back in. To call us just click on the "help&contact" link at the bottom of any PayPal page. It is best to click "calling as a guest user" otherwise you will be prompted to log in.
