Hello, i got a message from service () intl paypal com , about that my account was limited and i should give my
passport, proof of adress, and tell about my actions in account. Yesterday 09/29 i send message to customer support,
but not recived answer, today i upload my documents to pay pal (resolution center), but nothing has happened so far.
Message about limit, came after i send invoice to ebay buyer who ask me about that.(Send invoice straight through pay pal) Please tell me what is that.
I think I saw that it's fraudsters. But somewhere written that it's real email. Pay Pal main page look like:
