changing password

i am using my computer in Spain, am having to constantly change my password and often still cant log in to paypal even tho I know the ID and password are correct. Where am Igoing wrong

I am having the same issue, so I thought I'd post the details of my problem here rather than start a new thread.
I am able to reset my password, and then use the account for a few hours, but after a while the password I just reset seems to be incorrect. At first I thought I was going crazy (is my caps lock on? did i mis-spell it? is this keyboard working?!) but now I am 100% certain that is it not working correctly.
Is this an issue at PayPal's side, or is there a chance that my account has been compramised? Should I begin pulling my details off of PayPal immediately? If something goes wrong and someone fraudulently uses my account, am I covered?

Can I ask if you both have an account registered in the UK?
If you do, this may be why you keep facing the problem that you are having. Let's say you have activated and used your PayPal account in the UK for years and then all of a sudden, you have started using your PayPal account from a completly unfamiliar location, this may have been detected by our internal security system.
The best thing that I can advise is that you contact customer services and we can investigate it further on your behalf. If possible, we can also try to resolve the issue for you so that you don't incur this problem again.
