cant click on selling preferences

I'm trying to check on my selling preferences after making changes to my website, I keep getting told page wont load or not available, tried different browsers, cleared cache, turned off firewall but there is no access. My website is now showing error message at checkout : PayPal gateway has rejected request. Security header is not valid (#10002: Security error). Whats going on?
