Hi I have added an outlook account to enable me to receive an Ebay payment, I requested an email confirmation many times from Paypal to no avail, I do now have to log in with this new outlook a/c even though Ebay and Paypal say it has not been confirmed, still waiting for the money that has been paid via Paypal from my buyer, any help would put me out of my frustration with Paypal.
