Remove my Surname

Hello, I have a problem when I want to do a transaction as my name in the bank is not match with my paypal l acc. The problem is when I created a paypal acc, I need to put a surname but in reality I dont have a surname. Thats why I put my name to julianto julianto. Therefore, all my data, national ID, bank acc only written as Julianto. So could you please remove my surname. Thanks before, I need it fast, because this is an serious problem as I'm going to make a transaction.

As PayPal moderators we do not have access to your PayPal account. Here we can only provide general advice. If you need action taken on your PayPal account I would recommend to click on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page. With regards to your name, on PayPal I'm afraid you would need to have a surname entered. It is understandable that you do not have a surname and in cases like this I would recommend to leave it as it is as having your first name entered twice is the best option. If you are adding a card or bank account to make a payment be sure to add using your first name twice.
