I have received a mail by intl.paypal.com.

Is this mail sent by you?

This is a user to user help forum and not paypal customer services.

But if its a spoof it will be telling you to send the item first BEFORE funds are showing in your paypal balance and until you provide a tracking number

OR

to send a payment to a shipping agency via western union or moneygram.

OR

asking you to click a link stop your account being limited.
