Wrong mobile

Wondering if anyone can offer some advice as after numerous emails and phone calls I cannot solve my problem. I changed my mobile a while back.However,despite changing the number in my account I cannot access my account without answering security questions as the security verification text lists my old number. I have contacted Paypal they only see the new number and I have sent them screenshots showing the old number listed during log in. I cannot get any real help from Paypal any ideas?

Hi. I've also got the same problem.  I have gone over all the settings and there is nothing left to change. I feel PAYPAL staff need to look into this one for us.

I too have OTPs being sent to my old mobile number.

 

I have checked all the settings, and they are correct in showing my new number.

 

I  have to verify a different way. (I tried geting a call to my Landline and that method failed!)  I have  to use my stored secure information to verify who I am.

 

I have tried contacting PayPal and have got nowhere.

 

I now do not use PayPal for transactions!

 

Come on Paypal, sort it out!
