Withdrawl stuck on pending for 9 days now.

Yes. I initiated an instant transfer on 01-26-18 and it was held fir 24 hours abd has never been released. I have called and emailed over 25 times and have gotten 25 different answers. The last email stated theres a bug thats causing it to be stuck in pending abd we have no timeframe on a solution. What do i do. This is money sent to me to help feed me and my kids. Single father here trying hard and nit knowing why this is happening.

Well I don't provide you with a 'service' as I am a 'user' on this community help forum the same as you are. The only difference is that as I have helped a lot of people I get advisor status.

I give advice 'when' I can help, but as yours is an account problem that only customer services can help you with then its unlikely anyone on here can do anything for you.
