Account is Stuck

Hello, 

 

I'm a dropshopper and have been using paypal for sometime now with my cards. I don't usually get balance in it just use the my credit cards to do purchases from ebay. 

 

About a week back, I made some purchases from the paypal balance available in my account ( got a small payment from a friend) and used it to buy items. And the same day I upgraded to business account since I have a company registered in UK. 

 

My orders on ebay are showing pending (around 10 orders) although I have paid from the balance in my account. There are no disputes anywhere neither in my account nor from where I recieved funds. Moreover I'm stuck on the upgrade page here.

Whatever I do, I cannot get passed this screen. I cannot go back, go to home page. Have been trying to contact customer support, they don't reply to any mails, they just send an automated response and that's it. 

 

Please help! My orders are getting late although I have paid full for them and cannot even use my account.

I would remove that link and your address from this public board  >>

 

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
