I change my number paypal contiunes to log me in out of there site after i close out?

I log back in it says ( We’re concerned about potential unauthorized activity )

I CANT EVEN GET access to my paypal account because everytime i try to verify my number it says the number isn't with the account. I try to verifty it with my EMAIL by changing my password still nothing... Any idea...

youre best bet would be to do one of the following (contacting PayPal directly. Specially with you're issue, needs to be sorted ASAP.
