Sold camera on eBay, Buyer filed a claim for Unauthorized Transaction. I lost!

Sold an item on eBay.  Buyer was international.  I shipped to address on Paypal confirmed address, along with the one matching on the eBay invoice.  Couple days later, I realized that buyer has put in a case for 'Unauthorized Transaction'.  I responded along with the shipping/tracking number.  My case gets closed right after uploading the supporting documents and I'm told I am not eligible for seller protection?!  The amount is $110,  but I really am more concerned with WHY I lost, and WHY I wasn't covered.   Can anyone help explained what happened?

welcome to PAYPAL , they dont care .....its all about the buyer....

2 cases that will suprise you ..........You sell £300 item on ebay...seller collects,,, raised "not rcvd" dispute and is given 100% refund

WHY ?? Cos you cant PROVE it was ever sent !!!!!!!!!! Crazy but true

Seller sends £400 jacket to buyer , 5 months later buyer opens "not as described/Damaged" claim and says small rip !!!!

Pay-Pal say return jacket ....buyer sends a £10 coat back to seller he got from Charity Shop.

100% REFUND and nice new £400 jacket

USE PAY-PAL AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!!!!
