Hello guys, i would appreciate if anyone could help me..
I was approved for PayPal credit in 2016 and recently used it about month ago to purchase a new PC which i had to pay it off in 4 months the cost of it was £600. I paid it off in the first month because i had the money to. my paypal limit increased from 600 to 800 after that. Now i am trying to purchase a mobile phone from a website who uses PayPal credit but it says this: Unavailable for this purchase. Select another way to pay. I tried other websites to see if it works on their side but no it's an issue with PayPal. I contacted them and they haven't helped via Phone, told me 'It's probably caused by our security system being over-protective' but its been about 10 days since it started and still persists! I emailed and tweeted to PayPal support. They have not responded to me its been a week since i emailed/tweeted them! The customer service team seems very negative towards customers who need urgent help.
Any ideas what i can do to fix this situation?
