Unathourised activity on my account

Hi, I set up my PayPal account many years ago and set up a Direct Debit to my bank.

I've not really used PayPal at all in this time but today I recieved a text from my bank as I had gone overdrawn due to 3 PayPal DD transactions that I didnt make/authorise.

 

I contacted my bank and they have cancelled the mandate but advised I also contact PayPal. I've tried phoneing but never actually get to speak to anyone. The recorded message suggests I follow the Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre link, which I tried to do but when I select any of these 3 pending payments it tells my the Transation ID's are invalid, despite them clearly being the Transaction ID's listed...

 

How do I actually report this when I cant speak to anyone and the system doesnt recognise the ID's?
