Paypal will not let me pay an invoice to a store owner in Belgium who I wish to buy a keyboard from. The amount is $1329 euros.
I've made other large payments from my paypal account before - higher than this amount.
I've rung paypal customer service several times today, and even spoke with a supervisor.
They just tell me that it's due to Paypal's security system blocking me because its a large amount going to an overseas paypal account.
I just don't undersand because I've obviously made large payments before. I have more than enough funds on my credit card. This is really infuriating as I don't want to miss out on buying this keyboard.
Please someone help !
