Receipt for Your Payment to Skype‏ (scam phising email)

Just got sent a scam/phising email... supposedly from paypal for a skype payment!

Looked quite authentic until you look closer

- check out the return/reply email address

- if you hover over the hyperlink, its links you to a random website

Be careful out there!

PS: sorry, wont let me upload a screen shot... so the text is basically this (minus the email addresses... but set out in the "classic" format)

Hi, Just to let everybody know that there is yet another skype bogus email going round.   I received one yesterday and as soon as I checked my paypal account I realised the email was a scam.  Beware!  If you receive any email requesting you to enter bank details/passwords etc report to your email provider as a phishing scam and also report it to paypal.

I haven't had the Skype one lately, but I've just had an email for a payment of £99 to Amazon for a Kindle fire. It's an obvoius scam because it's come to an email address I don't use for Paypal.

i just received an email informing me ive paid £55 to skype, when i clicked from, an email address came up, nothing to do with paypal.

i got this one today 3 months subscription to skype £42.98 which i haven't asked for

I have just received an email regarding this too.  At first I panicked as I knew I had not authorised any such payment but still you wrack your brains.  Anyway I then looked at the email closely and also thankfuly Gmail had put up a big red warning sign and info above the email to make me aware that this may not be who it says it is from.  

Just be vigilant people - would hate anyone to be fooled by this.

Received phishing email on Friday. Forwarded to spoof@paypal, then read the request not to forward them.

Question, how are we meant to send suspicious activity on?
