Hi, I just tried to link my paypal with another ebay account to list items. I got an email about:Please review your billing agreement. Under the instruction:
Want to change the way you pay your eBay seller fees and reimbursementsrepayments?
To manage your Billing Agreement, log in to your account at www.paypal.co.uk, go to your Profile and click My money. You can choose your payment method and, if you wish, cancel your Billing Agreement in the "My pre-approved payments" section.
I've no idea where is my money? Please help.

I know what the my money site is but it sounded as if you were asking where the money you had earnt was.
What they are asking you is to set up a link for paying your ebay fees for your new seller i.d. via paypal.
So you need to go to my money top of paypals page and set up a billing agreement or if you already have one on another ebay i.d then link that ebay i.d to your paypal account so that your fees will be deducted for the new ebay i.d. as well.

I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.
Marking one of my replies as a solution would be appreciated if I sorted your problem.
