Good day! The link seems to be still working for me. If I understand this correctly, you want to check your pre-approved/recurring payments right? If so, if you're using a personal account you can follow the instruction below.
1.Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2.Click the Settings icon near the top of the page.
3.Click Payments.
4.Under 'Manage Upcoming Payments', click Pre-approved Payments.
5.Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
6.In the 'Cancel Confirmation' pop-up, click Yes.
Hope this information helped you.
Sincerely yours,
Paelavong

Hi Paelavong,
Thanks for the response however that is what i'm trying to do. When i click on the link for managing upcoming/pre approved payments my browser is redirected to the myaccount home page and i'm not taken to the manage payments screen as i have been in the past when i've accessed it.

Hi All,
I just got a confirmation that you're not the only one who's experiencing this. At this time, there are no announce issue yet. But it's better to contact customer support by phone or email them so they can collate samples and identify if this is a known issue on the website. It's also better this way to prevent and have a fix immediately.
Regards,
Paelavong
