I received a tex just now saying; Your PayPal is limited. Please re-confirm your identity today or your account will be closed; with a request to download something from a URL paypal.co.uk.3nt9.pw
I assume this is fraud but can anyone confirm one way or the other?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
