Hi I am in the middle of a claim and have provided tracking information. After sending the tracking number I have realised I have sent the wrong number.....posted 2 items on the same day. Because I have responded and provided the tracking number there is no way I can send a message with the correct number. I’ve even tried calling but as it’s autkmared I can’t be through to anyone the refund is a large amount and I don’t want anything to potentially slow or stop the claim Thank you in advance

thank you for your post and welcome to the community!
If you have replied to a claim with the wrong tracking number, the easiest way to solve the issue would be to call our Customer Service and ask them to report the correct tracking number manually.
If you cannot reach our Customer Service over the phone, you can send us a message explaining the issue. To send us a message, please click on 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and then 'Message Centre' in the tab at the top of the page.
