I have had an issue using Paypal during the last 3 weeks where I get the pop up message saying your transaction cannot be processed at the time. Spoke to Paypal twice now and they say nothing is wrong, cards ok etc.. I have tried using my laptop, desktop and phone and nothing works. Paypal representitive says load money in to my paypal account but since I have two cards
linked to my account both with ample funds I shouldnt have to do this? Something at Paypal is fundamentaliy flawed and no-one
there has the first idea how to solve it. Thought I would try the community as one last option before I close the account and move on.
