Someone hacked into my account and changed my primary email to theirs. Upon noticing I changed my password and security question then called Paypal who assured me they removed the foreign email and all should be back to normal. I still can't receive emails from Paypal about any activity in my account e.g. changing passwords, requesting payment, receiving payment. What is the issue?
