Hello, I have a problem. I can't acces my old PP account. I created a new one, but I can't add my card, so I googled the problem, and it seems like it's linked to my old account. Problem is I can't acces it because I can't remember my security questions. I wrote an email, I wrote direct message, send this to FB too, but it seems like I'm not getting any answer. Today an email came to me, and it says I've got a message, but I can't see anything. http://imgur.com/1CoWdkn .
I've got no idea what should I do, but I can't call for help like it's said, because I can't speak English that much :(.

You are supposed to remove any bank accounts or cards BEFORE you close your paypal account.

 

If you don't then it can't be used on your new account.

 

Only customer services can help you as they "may" be able to remove them for you but not sure on that one.

I didn't close my old account, I just created another one, because I couldn't acces the first one.
