Hello,
My credit card associated with paypal was recently blocked as we changed teh address and the tenent made a 'return to sender'.
It is solved a couple of days ago.
However, the paypal refuses to process teh transaction now.
Could you please let me know what needs to be done to correct this.

Hi pallaviprasadgy,
Have you updated your address on your PayPal account?. When you are using a credit/debit card the address you have registered with PayPal must match the address you have registered with your issuing bank.
I would recommend that you edit this via your Profile tab and click to edit the card. This will allow you to update the address for the card.
If you had already done this and it is still not working please contact the online authorisation department at your issuing bank as they may still have a block on it for online transactions.
