Had a paypal account for ages, works great. Added a new card this morning to pay for a holiday deposit and paypal keeps declining the new card. What can I do?
A technical issue might have prevented your bank from authorising your payment. You will need to contact your bank for more information as once a payment is declined we do not receive a reason as to why.
