When I go to the Profile section on paypal I see my name is blank. there is nothing there. Also if I try and add a new postal address I get the following error.

why would my name not show on the account? and why cant i add a new address? its stupid
I also cant add or edit a credit/debit card. The last name field box is completely missing and it gives an error.

Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again.
of course some required information is missing, there is no 'last name box'!!!
I believe that this is preventing me from receiving payments, it wont let me withdraw to my bank account. it goes into a "pending" status. this pending status lasted for 4 weeks until i spoke with paypal today and they cancelled it and returned the money to my paypal account.
its like i cant use paypal. ive tried different browers and different computers. its something on the site but its very annoying as im selling stuff on ebay and nobody can pay me.
whats going on? does anyone know?

This email confirms that that two pending withdrawals have now been cancelled and funds is now available on your PayPal account balance. There is a possibility that the reason why the withdrawal was on pending is because of your name that is not showing on the account.
The issue has now been escalated and I recommend not to withdraw the funds at this time until the name appears on your account. As an option, you can use your PayPal balance if you want to purchase items online.
