My Account has been Hacked

Sombody was so lucky to log-in my paypal account. First he/she change my primary email address and change the password after that remove my bank account. Can please help me.

In a situation like this, we would recommend contacting Customer Support by phone immediately for assistance, as we would need to ensure that action is taken. You may not be able to report this type of unauthorised activity from your own account, although we do advise changing your account's password and security questions straight away.
